LUSH Review: The Sacred Truth

The ultimate face mask. I have been through my fair share of them and I can tell you now, this is by far the best. I tried Oatifix, Cosmetic Warrior, Brazened Honey and Ayesha, none of them did anything for me when compared to The Sacred Truth.

For one thing the texture is so buttery and creamy I want to put it all over my body, and for another the way it smells is ah-mazing. I use it twice a week and the results are always good. Keeps my skins moisturised, evens out my skin tone a lot more and any spots I might have go down with it. I also find I get less of them in general when using it. (Especially during that time of the month.) It was discontinued for a while due to an ingredient issue I believe but now it's back back back. I'd suggest you get it incase anything happens again, it was gone for a while and I was having a panic attack.

I can guarantee it's really worth it, I recommended it to my partner and she adores it. The LUSH website states that The Sacred Truth will 'revive your complexion with ginseng and ginkgo leaf to boost blood circulation, whilst honey, yoghurt and free range eggs leave skin soft and moisturised. Wheatgrass is full of nutrients to feed your skin, whilst the enzymes in fresh papaya will strip away dead skin, helping to give you a gorgeous glow. Smoothe a generous layer of this mask onto your face and leave for 10 to 15 minutes and let the ingredients get to work before washing off gently with warm water.'

  1. I love lush facemasks, the only problem I have is that they don't last very long as they are fresh x

    1. I know, but they're so worth it! Little tub lasts me right to till the end. :)
